Healthy Apple Snacks /Zdrave, brze uzine sa jabukama + video

Zdravo devojke, 
evo nekoliko predloga i recepata za zdrave uzinice koje ukljucuju jabuke. :)
Ove uzine mogu da zamene slatkise, ali cak i slanise poput cipsa. ;) Tu je i jedan smoothie za detoksikaciju. :)

here are some suggestions a dn recipes for healthy snacks with apples. :)
These can substitute sweets and even things like chips. ;) There is one detox smoothie, as well. :)


RENDANA JABUKA SA MEDOM I CIMETOM

Oljustiti i urendati jednu jabuku u posudu, dodati kasicicu meda i malo cimeta i promesati. :)
GRATED APPLE WITH HONESY AND CINNAMON

Peel and grate one apple, then add a teaspoon of honey and some cinnamon and mix. :)


APPLE CRISPS - CIPS OD JABUKA
Iseci jednu jabuku na tanke kolutove, redjati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje, posuti cimetom ( i drugim zacinima po zelji, npr. djumbir, orascic, karanfilic) i peci u zagrejanoj rerni 25-30 min, na 130 C.

APPLE CRISPS/CHIPS

Cut one apple into thin circles and arrange them in a baking pan covered with baking paper, sprinkle with cinnamon or any other spice like ginger, nutmeg, clove) and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 min, on 130C/  265F.



DETOX SMOOTHIE - JABUKA I KRASTAVAC

U blender staviti jednu oljustenu jabuku isecenu na kriske, pola ociscenog krastavca isecenog na komade, iscediti sok 1/2 do 1 limuna, dodati kasicicu meda, 1/2 kasicice djumbira, nekoliko listova sveze nane i pola case (oko 1 dl) vode.
Izblendati, sipati i casu i piti.

DETOX SMOOTHIE - APPLE AND CUCUMBER
Put  one peeled apple cut in slices in a blender, then add half of a peeled cucumber, squeeze in some lemon juice, using1/2 - 1 lemon, add a teaspoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, a few fresh mint leaves and a half a glass of water (about 1 dl).
Blend, then pour in a glass and drink.
